Reducing environmental impact is a priority in the development of our products.

The majority of our brown Kraft bags are made from recycled paper, and our white bags will soon be entirely made from recycled bleached Kraft paper, like the one used for the Lupuna Collection. Over the past decade, we aimed for a « 100% paper » manufacturing process. Today, that goal is achieved!

In 1999, Gimex was already involved in eco-design, and today, the company has decided to exclusively use papers from sustainably managed forests to manufacture our bags.

We continuously uphold our commitment to eco-design by requiring our production sites to use « green » raw materials, and tomorrow we will be even more involved by participating in reforestation efforts in threatened areas.
